Finland has figured out how to reduce the issuance of travel visas to Russians

Finland has found a way to reduce the number of tourist visas issued to Russians.

According to the head of the Finnish Foreign Ministry, Pekka Haavisto, for this purpose it is necessary to allocate only one day a week for accepting applications for tourist visas. That is, Russians will be able to apply for a visa only on Mondays, and from Tuesday to Friday applications for other types of visas will be accepted.

Thus, it is possible to significantly slow down the issuance of travel visas in the Russian Federation, besides, this measure is implemented at the national legislative level.
