In China, tourists were washed away by the flow of a mountain river

As a result of flooding on rivers in the mountains of China's southwestern province of Sichuan, tourists were killed - they were washed away by a flood of water.

So, yesterday, August 13, four people were killed on one of the mountain rivers, nine more were injured. All the wounded were hospitalized. At the same time, the number of victims and injured is not final, the search continues.

It is known that yesterday meteorologists issued a warning about the deterioration of the weather in the vicinity of Longmenshan in Pengzhou County. Local authorities organized patrols and groups of volunteers who were supposed to warn tourists vacationing in the landscape park of Longtsaogou about the need to evacuate urgently.

However, an hour later it became known that a sudden strong flood washed away several tourists. Rescuers, police and medics went to the place.
