In Egypt, a tourist was attacked by a shark

In the Egyptian resort of Dahab, a tourist was attacked by a shark. The victim had to have her arm amputated.

The Ministry of Environment clarified that the victim is an Egyptian citizen, she has received all the necessary medical care, her condition has stabilized.

According to eyewitnesses, the attacked shark bit the girl on the shoulder. Rescuers with harpoons on boats tried to catch the shark, but probably could only drive it away from the beach.
