In India, an attraction with people collapsed from a height of 15 meters
In India, a movable part of the Free Fall Tower attraction fell from a height of 15 m, along with the people who were there.
The incident occurred on September 4 at an amusement park in the city of Mohali (Punjab). The attraction is a high pole, along which a cabin with passengers moves up and down. It rose to a height of 15 m, after which it fell sharply to the ground and collapsed.
As a result, several dozen people were injured, 16 of them required hospitalization. No deaths have been reported.
The investigation into the circumstances of the incident continues.
