In India, seven tourists were injured in a rhino attack
In India, during a safari in the national park, seven foreign tourists were injured as a result of a rhinoceros attack.
The incident occurred on February 25 in the Jaldapara National Park. The driver of a car with tourists tried to avoid a collision with an aggressive rhinoceros and began to reverse, but lost control and drove into a ditch, where the car overturned.
Seven tourists were hospitalized, fortunately, there were no serious injuries, but the local authorities again started talking about the introduction of mandatory standards for safari.
Jaldapara Park is located at the foot of the Eastern Himalayas in Alipurduar District in the Indian state of West Bengal.
