Istanbul suffers from flooding

Istanbul (Turkey) is suffering from flooding caused by heavy downpours.

So, the famous historical Grand Bazaar was flooded. 134 residential buildings, three factories, and a mosque were also flooded. People were blocked in cars and public transport. Accidents have been recorded in a number of districts of the city, several people have already been injured in them. A fire started in one building due to a lightning strike in the roof.

Local meteorologists predict that precipitation will not stop until the end of today.
