Japan has created the most expensive ice cream in the world

The Japanese brand Cellato has created the most expensive ice cream in the world: its cost is 880,000 yen (6,380 US dollars) per serving. The record is listed in the Guinness Book of Records.

This ice cream contains edible gold, parmesan cheese, sake kasu paste (leftovers from sake production) and white truffle mushroom, the cost of which exceeds $ 15,000 per kilogram.

The recipe for the world's most expensive ice cream was created by the chef of the RiVi restaurant in Osaka for a year and a half.

Cellato also plans to release other unusual types of ice cream, for example with champagne and caviar.
