Koh Samui in Thailand suffers from water shortage
Koh Samui in Thailand is experiencing a serious water crisis. It was caused by the influx of tourists and a decrease in precipitation.
According to local authorities, the remaining water will only last for the next 30 days. The authorities ask residents and tourists to use water wisely.
Experts believe that with proper disposal of the remaining water reserves, it will last for another couple of months, after which the rainy season will come and the problem will be solved by itself.
