More than 30 winter beaches will be opened in Sochi

Sochi authorities have started an active phase of preparing the resort for the winter season. This was stated by the mayor Alexey Kopaygorodsky.

This year, the city will organize more than 30 winter beaches on 11 embankments in all districts. "All conditions will be created for residents and tourists to walk, play sports and spend leisure time outdoors in evergreen Sochi," the mayor said.

According to him, by the end of September, more than 80% of accommodation facilities have been booked in the city: "every employee of the hospitality industry contributes to this sustainable result."
