Russian meat restaurant has re-entered the rating of the best in the world

Moscow restaurant 800°C Contemporary has re-entered the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants 2022 rating. He took 46th place.

This annual prestigious award celebrates the best steakhouses in the world. The first places this year were taken by Parrilla Don Julio (Buenos Aires, Argentina), Hawksmoor (London, UK), American Cut Steakhouse Tribeca (New York, USA), Carcasse (Kokseide, Belgium), El Capricho (Jimenez de Hamus, Spain).

It is not the first time that the capital's steakhouse is among the best and is constantly improving its position: in 2021, it took 83rd place, and in 2022 — 55th.

"The brand chef of the project Sergey Balashov spent three months at the legendary Michelin-starred Beefbar restaurant in Monaco, exchanging experience with the team of the institution under the leadership of Thierry Paludetto. And in 2022, he worked for a month at the Michelin—starred restaurant Leña Madrid, with the legendary Dani Garcia," the restaurant's website says.
