The Persian Gulf countries want to create a single Schengen-type visa space

The Gulf states are considering the possibility of creating a single visa space similar to the Schengen area.

Representatives of Bahrain, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, members of the Cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Persian Gulf, discussed such an initiative at the Arabian Travel Market exhibition.

It is emphasized that the availability of trips to the Persian Gulf countries will have a positive impact on the development of tourism, travelers will not have to face restrictions when crossing borders.
