The tourist card will be available in Russia for citizens of 25 countries. The list of these States is now being approved by the Government. This was told by the head of the Ministry of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov.

The tourist card will enable foreigners from abroad "to open accounts, and upon arrival in Russia to receive a plastic card in physical terms and make payments here."

The Minister separately noted the work of the electronic visa: "it is now available for 55 countries. And in just two months, more than 70,000 foreigners came along it. A group visa-free tourist exchange with China and Iran has been launched, and we have come to India with relevant proposals."
