Visiting historical sites has become more expensive in Greece

Visiting many historical monuments has become more expensive in Greece.

Now all archaeological sites and museums in Greece are divided into five price categories depending on the number of visitors, and tickets to these sites cost from 5 to 30 euros. There are no seasonal discounts.

The cost of visiting the Acropolis of Athens has increased from 20 to 30 euros since April. Entrance to the Temple of Zeus and the Palace of Knossos in Crete will have to pay 20 euros each (previously 8 and 15 euros, respectively). Tickets to the archaeological complexes of Delphi, Mycenae, Ancient Olympia and the temple of Asclepion in Epidaurus now cost 20 euros each.
