Yekaterinburg will create an air hub for tourists flying to Turkey from Iran

An air hub will open in Yekaterinburg, Russia in 2023 for tourists from Iran who fly to Turkey. This was announced by the director General of the Iranian travel agency "Travok" Mehrdad Etesam.

He noted that this year it is planned to "make a large air hub based in Yekaterinburg, which would receive guests from Tehran, Iran, and further form their shipment to Antalya or Alanya in Turkey."

According to Etesam, this will result in "a three-way movement: Iran, Yekaterinburg and Turkey." The travel industry specialist believes that this concept will allow Iranian travelers to learn more about Russia.
